ความเป็นผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษายุคดิจิทัล

บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอความเป็นผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษายุคดิจิทัล โดยมุ่งเน้นยุคดิจิทัลเป็นยุคที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางเทคโนโลยีอย่างรวดเร็วและส่งผลกระทบอย่างกว้างขวางในทุกๆ มิติของสังคม การเปลี่ยนแปลงโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน การดำเนินชีวิต เศรษฐกิจ การเมือง สังคม ชุมชน สิ่งแวดล้อม สิ่งสำคัญคือการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางการศึกษา ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาควรมีความรู้ความเข้าใจ ความก้าวหน้าของเทคโนโลยีที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไปอย่างรวดเร็ว ซึ่งเป็นความท้าทายของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่จะพัฒนาสถานศึกษาให้ทันต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงและความต้องการของผู้เรียนในสังคมยุคดิจิทัล ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาควรมีความเป็นผู้นำทางวิชาการเพื่อพัฒนาการศึกษาให้ทันต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงในยุคดิจิทัลองค์ประกอบของความเป็นผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาโดยประกอบด้วย 5 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 1) วิสัยทัศน์ด้านดิจิทัล 2) การพัฒนาบุคลากรให้มีทักษะในการใช้เทคโนโลยี 3) การบริหารจัดการหลักสูตร 4)การพัฒนาแหล่งเรียนรู้ สื่อ และการสร้างบรรยากาศแห่งการเรียนรู้ และ 5) การติดตามและประเมินผล ความเป็นผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษายุคดิจิทัลที่กล่าวมาสามารถช่วยให้ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาประสบความสำเร็จในการบริหารสถานศึกษายุคดิจิทัลได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
