https://so15.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/LEAD/article/view/2187

This article presents the operational framework of the Living Museum at Phumiyalai Museum, a particular school, as a pedagogical learning space that conveys the values of Isan local traditions. The museum is also designed not merely as a repository for artifacts or historical evidence, but as an interactive space facilitating direct experience, participatory engagement, and lifelong learning. This living museum encompasses the dimensions of The Heet Sib Song (Twelve Local Rituals), ceremonial practices, folk performing arts, and traditional ways of life that have endured for the Isan people. Furthermore, the Living Museum serves as a medium for knowledge transmission and the cultivation of dynamic learning, enabling learners and community members to generate new cultural meanings in a contemporary context collaboratively. The article also highlights the role of the Living Museum as a pivotal mechanism for preserving cultural identity, fostering aesthetic and artistic appreciation, and promoting awareness, while simultaneously advancing a learning-oriented society grounded in the diversity of Isan culture. Such an operational approach aligns with educational paradigms that emphasize sustainability at both national and global levels.
Krittachai Chumsaeng

https://so15.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/LEAD/article/view/1711

This research aimed to study the characteristics and components of digital competency and to identify approaches for developing the digital competency of educational personnel for educational management at Rattanakosin Rajabhat University Group in Bangkok. A mixed-methods research approach was employed. The research process consisted of four stages: 1) Studying the characteristics through document analysis and in-depth interviews with 10 administrators. 2) Analyzing the components through questionnaires administered to a sample of 558 educational personnel: administrators, faculty members, and staff, selected using multi-stage random sampling. 3) Verifying the components using data triangulation. 4) Presenting guidelines for development through a focus group discussion with nine higher education administration experts, purposively selected. The research instruments included structured interview forms, questionnaires, and focus group discussion guides. Qualitative data were analyzed using descriptive content analysis, while quantitative data were analyzed using exploratory component analysis, including indicators. The research findings revealed that the characteristics of digital competence of educational personnel for the management of education at the Rattanakosin Rajabhat University Group in Bangkok comprised three aspects: 1) Digital Literacy, 2) Digital Tool Utilization/Problem Solving with Digital Tools, and 3) Adaptive Digital Transformation. The main components included: 1) Cognitive Domain, 2) Psychomotor Domain, and 3) Affective Domain. Three development approaches were identified: 1) Development Methods, 2) Development Processes, and 3) Key Success Factors in Development.
Phongsak PhakamachWatcharaporn BuanilNatchaya Sommartdejsakul

https://so15.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/LEAD/article/view/2044

The purpose of this classroom innovation project was to examine the results and compare learning process management based on the Science, Technology, and Society (STS) concept integrated with Artificial Intelligence technology, focusing on environmental knowledge for kindergarten 2 (K2) students at a school in Chiang Mai Province. The target group included 23 K2 students during the second semester of the 2024 academic year at a school in Chiang Mai. The research instruments consisted of: 1) units of learning experience plans based on the STS approach combined with artificial intelligence, and 2) an environmental knowledge assessment for K2 students. Data were analyzed using percentages, means, and standard deviations. The findings showed that: 1) before implementing the learning experiences, K2 students’ environmental knowledge across three aspects was below the qualification level, with a mean score of 7.69 (SD = 2.47), or 27.40%, which is below the 70% criterion; and 2) after implementation, students’ environmental knowledge improved across all aspects, with a mean score of 21.64 (SD = 3.32), or 80.14%, surpassing the 70% threshold and classified as very satisfactory.
Panisara Rinkham

https://so15.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/LEAD/article/view/2192

This research had two objectives: 1) to study personnel administration through a digital platform at Protpittayapayat School: PROT TEACHER CARE under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 2, and 2) to synthesize opinions and suggestions related to personnel administration using the digital platform. The sample consisted of 108 teachers and educational personnel, selected through simple random sampling. The research instrument was a five-point Likert scale questionnaire with open-ended questions. Quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, including mean and standard deviation, whereas qualitative data were analyzed using content analysis. The findings revealed that personnel administration through the PROT TEACHER CARE platform was rated at the highest level overall. Ranked in descending order of mean scores, the systems included the performance appraisal system, the leave and time attendance system, the E-PORTFOLIO, the teacher recognition system, and the administrative information system. Qualitative suggestions indicated that the platform should be continuously improved to meet practical needs, such as integrating with centralized databases, developing participatory monitoring and evaluation systems, incorporating motivational functions, and providing user training to facilitate proper system utilization.
Siwapat Bamrungsetthapong
