ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการและการใช้ข้อมูลในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาชนบท: บทเรียนจากการใช้ TR-IMPACT Model ของสถานศึกษารางวัลพระราชทาน

บทคัดย่อ
การมีข้อมูลนักเรียนอยู่ในระบบไม่ได้แปลว่าข้อมูลนั้นถูกนำมาใช้ปรับการสอน โดยเฉพาะ ในโรงเรียนชนบทที่มีครูน้อยและงบประมาณจำกัด บทความวิชาการนี้ถอดบทเรียนจากโรงเรียนไทยรัฐวิทยา ๑๐๒ (บ้านเกาะเต่า) จังหวัดตรัง สถานศึกษารางวัลพระราชทาน ปีการศึกษา 2568 ที่ใช้ TR-IMPACT Model ซึ่งเป็นกรอบการบริหาร 8 องค์ประกอบที่โรงเรียนพัฒนาขึ้นเอง ผู้เขียนซึ่งเป็นผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนตั้งแต่วันที่ 5 ตุลาคม 2566 วิเคราะห์เอกสารปีการศึกษา 2565–2567 โดยแยกช่วงก่อนรับตำแหน่ง ช่วงเปลี่ยนผ่าน และปีเต็มแรก ผลการวิเคราะห์พบว่าผู้บริหารเข้าร่วมชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ (PLC) ในฐานะผู้ร่วมเรียนรู้ และโรงเรียนกำหนดล่วงหน้าว่าข้อมูลชุดใดใช้ตัดสินใจเรื่องใด คะแนนเฉลี่ย O-NET ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 เพิ่มจาก 35.59 เป็น 38.05 และร้อยละของนักเรียนที่ได้ผลการเรียนภาษาไทยระดับ 3 ขึ้นไปเพิ่มจาก 73.22 เป็น 83.97 แต่ข้อมูลมาจากกรณีเดียวและเป็นนักเรียนต่างรุ่น จึงสรุปความเป็นเหตุและผลไม่ได้ บทเรียนสำหรับโรงเรียนชนบทอื่นคือ วางแผนจากทุนของพื้นที่ กำหนดหลักฐานไปพร้อมกับแผน และใช้ PLC เป็นที่นำข้อมูลกลับมาปรับการสอน
