Ethics of Editors and Editorial Boards:
       1. Curate and evaluate the quality of articles for publication in the journal, considering the journal's scope and objectives. Qualified experts in the relevant field evaluate all submissions.
       2. Maintain confidentiality regarding authors' and reviewers' information.
       3. Do not accept articles that have been previously published elsewhere.
       4. Ensure no conflicts of interest may benefit the editor, reviewers, editorial board, or any other involved parties.
       5. Uphold standards and continuously improve the quality and relevance of the journal.
       6. Base decisions on expert recommendations and assess the accuracy and suitability of submissions based on clear evidence.
       7. Before "accepting" or "rejecting" the submission, it must undergo a plagiarism check. If any instances of plagiarism are found during the peer review process, the editor will contact the primary author to request clarification.

Ethics of Reviewers:
       1. Maintain confidentiality and refrain from disclosing any part of the article to unrelated parties.
       2. I will decline to review a submission if I cannot provide unbiased feedback due to personal relationships or potential conflicts of interest.
