Guidelines for the development of factors influencing the innovative organization of secondary schools under the office of the basic education commission in lower northeastern region 1

Abstract
The purposes of this research were 1) to study the level of educational innovative organization; 2) to examine factors influencing said organization; 3) to investigate relationships and factors predicting the organization; and 4) to establish development guidelines for secondary schools. The research was conducted in two phases: identifying influencing factors and developing the guidelines. The sample included 147 secondary schools in Chaiyaphum, Nakhon Ratchasima, Buriram, and Surin provinces, determined via the Krejcie & Morgan table from a population of 238 schools. Stratified random sampling based on school size was followed by simple random sampling through a drawing-lots method. A total of 246 administrators and teachers provided the data. Research instruments consisted of a 5-level rating scale questionnaire, validated by 5 experts (IOC 0.6–1.0) and an overall reliability coefficient of 0.861, as well as an appropriateness evaluation form assessed by seven qualified experts. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation), Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient, and Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis.
The results revealed that: 1) A high overall level of educational innovative, with personnel competency and teamwork receiving the highest mean 2) A high overall level of influencing, with organizational structure conducive to innovation achieving the highest mean. 3) Five factors significantly predicted the innovative organization at a .01 level, explaining 90.50% of the variance (R2 = .905). Agile-based agility (X8), organizational climate (X7), leadership and organizational culture (X5), technology management, communication, and evaluation systems (X3), and innovation-supportive strategy (X1). The predictive equations were as follows.
