Abstract

The purposes of this research were: 1) Study the current condition Desired condition and the necessary needs of participatory internal supervision of the Lang Suan District Learning Encouragement Center Under the Chumphon Provincial Office of Learning Encouragement and; 2) Presenting guidelines for participatory internal supervision of the Lang Suan District Learning Encouragement Center Under the Chumphon Provincial Office of Learning Encouragement By specifying a purposive sampling group of 33 people. The research tools used were questionnaires, interviews, and appropriateness assessment forms. possibility and the usefulness of participatory internal supervision approaches Statistics used in data analysis include frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. and the index of essential needs.
