Abstract
The objectives of this research were to study: 1) digital leadership of school administrators, 2) school effectiveness, 3) the relationship between digital leadership of school administrators and school effectiveness, and 4) digital leadership of school administrators affecting school effectiveness under Nong Bua Lamphu Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The sample group consisted of 298 school administrators and teachers, determined using the Krejcie and Morgan table through stratified random sampling. The research instrument was a 5-rating scale questionnaire with a reliability coefficient of 0.976. Data were analyzed using a statistical software package. The statistics used for data analysis included percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The results of the research were as follows:
1. The level of digital leadership among school administrators under Nong Bua Lamphu Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 was found to be at the highest level.
2. The aggregate effectiveness of schools under Nong Bua Lamphu Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 was found to be at the highest level.
3. The relationship between digital leadership school administrators and the effectiveness of educational schools under Nong Bua Lamphu Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 was significantly positive at a high level, with statistical significance at the .01 level.
4. The digital leadership of school administrators affecting school effectiveness under Nong Bua Lamphu Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 showed a multiple correlation coefficient of school effectiveness of .801, with a predictive power of 64.20 percent and a prediction error of .23617. These values can be used to construct a prediction equation for digital leadership and school effectiveness under Nong Bua Lamphu Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 as follows:
