Abstract

Since the first national education plan has been officially adopted to date. For more than 80 years, Thailand has been striving to improve the quality of education to international standards. But the goal was not achieved. Despite the improvement of the national education plan in line with economic and social conditions. This article discusses the principles of Participatory Communication and Aparihaniyadhamto be a conceptual framework in which suggestions for the national education plan mobilization can be developed.
