The Relationship Between Skills of Educational Institution Administrators in The 21st Century and Academic Administration of Educational Institutions and Vocational Institutions Affiliated with Phichayabundit Group

Abstract
The objective of this research is to: 1) Study the skills of educational institution administrators in the 21st century of vocational education institutions affiliated with Phichayabundit Group. 2) Study the academic administration of educational institutions and vocational institutions affiliated with Phichayabundit Group and 3) Study the relationship between the skills of educational institution administrators in the 21st century and the academic administration of educational institutions and vocational institutions affiliated with Phichayabundit Group The subjects used in the research were administrators and teachers. 154 subjects were sampled using Krejci & Morgan's sample size comparison table and simple random sampling. The instrument used to collect data is a 5-level. The statistics used in data analysis include mean, standard deviation, and Pearson correlation coefficient. The results of the study found that: 1) The skills of educational institution administrators in the 21st century of vocational education institutions affiliated with Phichayabundit Group for overall and every aspect were at a high level. The aspect with the highest level was the skill of innovational creation, and the aspect with the lowest level was the skill of knowledge and responsibility. 2) The academic administration of educational institutions and vocational institutions affiliated with Phichayabundit Group was overall high in every aspect. The aspect with the highest level was teaching demonstration, and the lowest level was media and innovation in learning and teaching. 3) The skills of educational institution administrators in the 21st century and academic administration of educational institutions and vocational education institutions affiliated with Phichayabundit Group were in very high positive relation and had statistical significance at the 0.01 level.
