การบูรณาการการเล่นบทบาทสมมติเพื่อพัฒนาความเห็นอกเห็นใจในเด็กปฐมวัย : กลไกทางจิตวิทยาและหลักฐานเชิงประจักษ์เพื่อการพัฒนาสังคม

บทคัดย่อ

           ในสังคมพหุวัฒนธรรมร่วมสมัยที่มีความหลากหลายและซับซ้อนทางสังคมเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่อง ความเห็นอกเห็นใจ ซึ่งหมายถึงความสามารถเชิงบูรณาการทั้งในมิติการรับรู้และมิติอารมณ์ในการเข้าใจและรับรู้สภาวะอารมณ์ของผู้อื่น ได้รับการยอมรับว่าเป็นสมรรถนะทางสังคมที่ขาดไม่ได้ซึ่งมีหน้าต่างพัฒนาการที่สำคัญที่สุดอยู่ในช่วงปฐมวัย ถึงแม้จะมีงานวิจัยด้านการพัฒนาความเห็นอกเห็นใจเติบโตขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่องในระดับนานาชาติ แต่การสังเคราะห์อย่างเป็นระบบที่เชื่อมโยงทฤษฎีทางจิตวิทยา หลักฐานจากประสาทวิทยา และแนวปฏิบัติการสอนที่เป็นรูปธรรมสำหรับนักการศึกษาปฐมวัยยังมีอยู่อย่างจำกัด โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งในบริบทการศึกษาไทย บทความวิชาการเชิงทบทวนแนวคิดนี้จึงมุ่งเติมเต็มช่องว่างดังกล่าว ด้วยการสังเคราะห์กรอบแนวคิดทางทฤษฎีและหลักฐานเชิงประจักษ์ที่ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการเล่นบทบาทสมมติกับการพัฒนาความเห็นอกเห็นใจในบริบทการศึกษาปฐมวัยอย่างเป็นระบบ โดยใช้วิธีวิทยาการทบทวนวรรณกรรมเชิงบูรณาการ (Torraco, 2005) บูรณาการกรอบแนวคิดจากจิตวิทยาพัฒนาการ จิตวิทยาสังคม และประสาทวิทยาเชิงอารมณ์ และวิเคราะห์เอกสารที่ผ่านการคัดเลือกจำนวน 34 รายการ จากฐานข้อมูล ERIC, PsycINFO, Google Scholar และฐานข้อมูลวารสารไทย (TCI) การสังเคราะห์พบว่าการเล่นบทบาทสมมติทำหน้าที่เป็นกลไกทางการสอนหลายมิติที่ดำเนินการผ่านกระบวนการทางจิตวิทยาหลักสี่ประการ ได้แก่ การเปลี่ยนมุมมอง การจัดพื้นที่ปลอดภัยทางอารมณ์ การลดอคติระหว่างกลุ่ม และการพัฒนาทักษะการฟังอย่างลึกซึ้ง โดยมีรากฐานทางทฤษฎีจากทฤษฎีการเรียนรู้ทางสังคมของ Bandura (1977) พื้นที่พัฒนาการของ Vygotsky (1978) กรอบความเห็นอกเห็นใจหลายมิติของ Davis (1983) และโมเดลโครงสร้างระบบประสาทของ Decety และ Jackson (2004) หลักฐานเชิงประจักษ์ยืนยันเพิ่มเติมว่าการบูรณาการการเล่นบทบาทสมมติอย่างเป็นระบบภายใต้การดูแลของครูช่วยเสริมสร้างความเห็นอกเห็นใจทั้งสองมิติได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ควบคู่กับการส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมทางสังคมเชิงบวกและการควบคุมอารมณ์ บทความเสนอแนวทางปฏิบัติเชิงประยุกต์ ประกอบด้วยกระบวนการสะท้อนคิดที่มีโครงสร้าง กลยุทธ์การหลีกเลี่ยงการผลิตซ้ำภาพจำแบบตายตัว และการติดตามดูแลการควบคุมอารมณ์ เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิผลทางการสอน บทความสรุปว่าการบ่มเพาะความเห็นอกเห็นใจผ่านการเล่นบทบาทสมมติอย่างต่อเนื่องตั้งแต่ช่วงการศึกษาปฐมวัยถือเป็นการลงทุนที่สำคัญในการพัฒนาพลเมืองที่มีพฤติกรรมทางสังคมเชิงบวก ซึ่งมีนัยสำคัญต่อทั้งการออกแบบหลักสูตรและการพัฒนาวิชาชีพครูในการศึกษาปฐมวัยไทย
