The need for the Student Affairs Administration in Schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Loei Nong Bua Lamphu

This research aims to study current conditions desirable condition and needs in the administration of student affairs in educational institutions Under the jurisdiction of the Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Loei, Nong Bua Lamphu, the sample groups used in the research included school administrators and teachers. Saha Buaban Campus, 220 people, using simple random sampling (Simple Random Sampling) with lottery and purposive sampling (Purposive sampling), educational institution administrators and student affairs teachers. The tools used in this research include: Questionnaire about current conditions and desired conditions Statistics for data analysis include mean and standard deviation.
The research results were as follows:
1. Current condition Current condition Student affairs administration Overall it is at a high level ( = 3.75) when considering each aspect. It was found to be at a high level in every aspect, including student services and welfare. Student care and assistance Governance and discipline Student health services and student activities
2. Desired condition Student affairs administration Overall it is at the highest level. ( = 4.64) when considering each aspect It was found to be at the highest level in every aspect, including student activities. Governance and discipline Student services and welfare Student care and assistance and student health services
3. Necessary needs in student affairs administration It was found that the area with urgent needs was student activities. Issues that have necessary needs in other areas include organizing activities for public service to the community and society. Providing scholarships for needy students is sufficient to meet the needs. Preventing adultery problems in school Organizing health promotion activities or working with other related agencies such as hospitals, municipalities, and analyzing individual students.
