Abstract

Culture, lifestyle and way of thinking of Thais are inseparable from Theravada Buddhism. This article is intended to provide an introduction to the application of the principles to develop human resources for educational institution development and study the relationship between human resource development in Buddhist way applying the principles of sustainable social responsibility to education. To develop human beings for excellence and perfection lead the organization to stability and success.
