Abstract

Contemporary administration of Buddhist Pariyatti schools faces various challenges posed by social, cultural, technological, and educational quality expectations. Ensuring Buddhist religious studies align with present-day contexts and enhancing instructional quality are critical missions. This article aims to propose strategic management approaches for integrating Buddhist religious education with quality-oriented educational management. By applying principles of good governance, morality, comprehensive curriculum development, effective use of information technology, and establishing collaborative networks with communities, temples, and external organizations, these strategies will potentially improve student quality, elevate educational standards, and sustain the value of Buddhism in contemporary society.
