The Leadership Educational Administration Development Journal, Ramkhamhaeng University: LEAD Journal, is a scholarly publication dedicated to education, educational leadership, educational innovation, and the development and management of education at all levels. Its mission is to systematically publish and disseminate knowledge, findings, and research results from both internal and external sources, thereby fostering the exchange of educational expertise.

All articles will be peer-reviewed (Peer Reviewer) by THREE expert reviewers from various institutions who specialize in the relevant field.

The journal is a member of the Thai Journal Online (ThaiJo) consortium.
