The Leadership Educational Administration Development Journal, Ramkhamhaeng University: LEAD Journal RU, is dedicated to educational administration and leadership, educational innovation, administration, development, and management of education at all levels. The purpose is to systematically publish and disseminate knowledge, findings, and research results from both internal and external sources related to education, and to facilitate the exchange of such knowledge. The publication is supervised by the Master of Education Program in Educational Administration, Faculty of Education, Ramkhamhaeng University.

All articles will be peer-reviewed (Peer Reviewer) by THREE expert reviewers from various institutions who specialize in the relevant field.

The journal is a member of the Thai Journal Online (ThaiJo) consortium.
