A Study of Digital Leadership of School Administrators under the Nongbualamphu Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

Abstract
The objectives of this research are 1) to study the leadership in the digital age of educational institution administrators. Under the Nong Bua Lamphu Primary Educational Service Area Office, Areas 1 and 2) to compare the leadership in the digital age of school administrators. Under the jurisdiction of the Nong Bua Lamphu Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 1, classified by position, education level, work experience. Sample groups include: Civil servant teachers of schools in the Education Quality Development Network Center, Muang 1-3, under the Nong Bua Lamphu Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 1, totaling 148 people from 25 schools, by determining the sample size according to the table of Krejcie & Morgan, then selecting the specific type of head teachers. and simple randomization of teachers. Tools used to collect this data It's a questionnaire, data were analyzed using ready-made programs by finding the average Standard deviation, t-test for independent samples, and One-way ANOVA. The results of the study found that 1) digital leadership of educational institution administrators Under the jurisdiction of the Nong Bua Lamphu Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 1, overall and each aspect is at a high level. 2) Teachers with different positions Have opinions on the digital leadership of educational institution administrators Under the jurisdiction of the Nong Bua Lamphu Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 1, overall and each aspect were not different. 3) Teachers with different educational qualifications Have opinions on the digital leadership of educational institution administrators Under the jurisdiction of the Nong Bua Lamphu Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 1, overall and each aspect were not different. 4) Teachers with different work experiences Have opinions on the digital leadership of educational institution administrators Under the Nong Bua Lamphu Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 1, overall, there was no difference.
