Applying the Good Governance of Educational Institution Administrators of Phen Group School 2 Under the Udon Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

Abstract

The present study aimed to investigate the application of good governance principles by administrators of educational institutions and to compare the application of these principles by administrators of educational institutions at Pen Group 2 Schools, which are under the purview of the Educational Service Area Office. Area 1 of Udon Thani Primary Education is categorized by position, work experience, and educational attainment. The study utilized a sample group consisting of 127 educators, comprising 112 teachers and 15 educational institution administrators, from Pen Group 2 schools within Udon Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, sample size as determined by the Morgan and Krejci tables. as well as stratified random sampling A 5-level rating scale questionnaire with a 0.98 confidence level served as the research tool. Standard deviations, averages, and percentages were among the statistics employed in data analysis. T-test, one-way analysis of variance (One-way ANOVA), and Scheffe's pairwise difference test will be carried out if differences in means are discovered. The results of the research found that 1) The use of good governance principles by school administrators at Pen 2 Schools under the Udon Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 was overall at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest average was the rule of law. And 2) educational institution administrators and teachers with positions, Work experience, and different educational levels. There are opinions on promoting and developing teachers in student-centered learning management in educational institutions under the Nong Khai Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 2. Overall, they are not different.
