Assessment of needs for developing charismatic leadership of School Administrators Under Udon Thani Secondary Educational Service Area Office

Abstract
The purposes of this research were to study the present state, desirable state, and priority needs index of charismatic leadership development of school administrators under Udon Thani secondary educational service area office and there were two sample groups comprising respondents and interview respondents. The sample was selected by using Krejcie and Morgan's table of 335 people. The research instruments were questionnaires which had an Index of Item Objective Congrurence (IOC) value of 1.00 and the reliability of 0.95, an interview, and appropriability and possibility of evaluation forms. The data were analyzed by frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Modified Priority Needs Index (PNIModified). The research results were found that: The present state of charismatic leadership development of school administrators under Udon Thani secondary educational service area office as a whole was at the average level. The desirable state as a whole was at the above average level. Priority needs index of charismatic leadership as a whole was 0.45 (PNIModified = 0.45).
