Abstract
The purposes of this research were to: 1) study the levels of factors affecting the effectiveness of academic administration in the Nakhon Thai District School Network, under the Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area Office 3; 2) study the level of effectiveness in the academic administration within Nakhon Thai District School Network, Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area Office 3; 3) study the relationship between factors affecting the effectiveness of academic administration in Nakhon Thai District School Network, Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area Office 3; 4) create equations for forecasting factors affecting the effectiveness of academic administration in Nakhon Thai District School Network, Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area Office 3
The sample group used in the research was school administrators and teachers in the Nakhon Thai District School Network, under the Office of the Primary Education Area, Phitsanulok Area 3, totaling 99 people. The research instrument was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire. The statistics used in data analysis were mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient, and regression analysis using the Enter method.
The results of this study revealed the following: 1) The overall levels of factors influencing the effectiveness of academic administration in the Nakhon Thai District School Network, under the Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, overall were at a high level; 2) The level of effectiveness in the academic administration of Nakhon Thai District School Network, Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 overall was at the high level. After considering each item, it was found that the highest aspect was educational supervision. It was at the high level; 3) The relationship between factors affecting the effectiveness academic administration at Nakhon Thai District School Network, Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. It was found that there was a positive correlation with statistically significant at .01 level. It was a relationship between 0.576 – 0 .718; and 4) Factors affecting the effectiveness of Nakhon Thai District School Network, Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 was statistically significant at .05 level for those two items. The administrator (X1) and estimate (X4) were correlated with 0.776, and the forecasting equation (R2) explained 60.20% of the variance. The standard expectation value was 0.2671.
