- To support, promote, and develop knowledge regarding the Constitution, constitutional law, public law,
rights and liberties, powers and duties of constitutional organizations, the Constitutional Court,
and the Office of the Constitutional Court. - To promote and support scholars, students, government officials, and the general public to have the opportunity to publish academic works and research findings.
Scope of Content:
Research articles and academic articles in the fields of the Constitution, constitutional law, public law,
rights and liberties, powers and duties of constitutional organizations, the Constitutional Court,
and the Office of the Constitutional Court.

สำหรับบทความวิชาการที่ผ่านการประเมินคุณภาพจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิแบบ Double-blinded peer review 3 คน จำนวน 4 บทความ ได้แก่ (1) บทความ เรื่อง “The Challenge in the Application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to Constitutional Rights in the Judicial Process” โดย นายธนาวุฒิ ไตรโสภณ (2) บทความ เรื่อง “สิทธิในการรับรู้ (Right to Know): บทสำรวจเบื้องต้น” โดย นางสาวกชกร น้อยเพ็ง และนายนิติกร จิรฐิติกาลกิจ (3) บทความ เรื่อง “ทำไมรัฐสภาจึงไม่อาจให้ประชาชนเลือกผู้ร่างรัฐธรรมนูญได้โดยตรง” โดย นายปฐมพงษ์ คำเขียว, นายนิพัทธ์ หงษ์มณี, นายกล้า สมุทวณิช, นางสาวพัลลภา ดาเกลี้ยง และนางสาวจินต์จุฑา พานิชวงศ์ (4) บทความ เรื่อง “การตีความเขตอำนาจของศาลรัฐธรรมนูญตามรัฐธรรมนูญ มาตรา 210 วรรคหนึ่ง (3)” โดย นายกรมิษฐ์ เจษฎาพิพัฒน์
