Ethics for the Editor
1. The Editor is responsible for reviewing the content of the article, considering its suitability and alignment with the objectives of the Constitutional Court Journal.
2. The Editor is responsible for reviewing, filtering, and providing an opinion on the received article with impartiality.
3. The Editor is responsible for nominating qualified experts (reviewers) to evaluate the article. This selection must be made with transparency, without conflicts of interest, and ensuring the content of the article matches the expertise of the reviewer.
4. The Editor must not disclose the information of the author or the article reviewers to any unrelated third parties during the article evaluation period.
5. The Editor must have no conflict of interest with the article authors and the article reviewers.
Ethics for the Reviewer
1. The Reviewer must evaluate the article with integrity, fairness, and academic neutrality.
2. The Reviewer must evaluate the quality of the article without disclosing any information about the reviewed article to any unrelated third parties during the article evaluation period.
3. The Reviewer must decline to evaluate an article if there is a conflict of interest with the author.
4. The Reviewer should provide suggestions that are beneficial and relevant to the content of the article to the author.
5. The Reviewer may decline to evaluate an article if the content does not align with their area of expertise.
6. The Reviewer must inform the Editor if the article appears similar to or redundant with other published works.
7. The Reviewer must complete the article evaluation within the specified timeframe to allow the author to revise the article promptly and facilitate timely publication in the Constitutional Court Journal.
Ethics for the Author
1. The article submitted for consideration must be a new work that has not been previously published elsewhere and is not currently under consideration by any other journal.
2. The content of the article must not be shortened or copied from the articles, books, textbooks, or research works of others without permission or without proper citation.
3. The author must revise the article according to the recommendations of the reviewers and the Editorial Board within the specified timeframe. Failure to comply may result in the postponement of publication or the withdrawal of the article from consideration for publication in the Constitutional Court Journal.
4. The author is solely responsible for the accuracy of the article, including the citation of works, images, tables, or research of others. In the event of any legal action, the responsibility rests only with the author, and the Constitutional Court Journal shall not bear any liability.
