Aims

1. To serve as a scholarly platform for the dissemination of high-quality research and academic articles in the fields of educational administration and educational leadership.

2. To advance academic knowledge related to school administration, educational policy, and leadership within educational contexts, both at the national and international levels.

3. To provide a forum for the exchange of ideas, knowledge, and innovations in educational administration and leadership among academics, researchers, school administrators, and interested scholars.

4. To promote the application of research findings toward the effective development of educational institution management and educational leadership practices.

Scopes

The journal welcomes research articles and academic articles covering the following areas:

• Educational Administration in the Digital Era and Data-Driven Leadership

Peer Review Process

1. The editorial team notifies authors once their submissions meet the journal’s preliminary scope.

2. Three specialist reviewers in relevant fields evaluate the quality of each manuscript.

3. A manuscript requires approval from at least two out of three reviewers to qualify for publication.

4. Authors submitting in English must provide a formal certificate of language editing from a recognized institution to proceed with the review process.

5. In cases where an author's manuscript has been submitted to the journal's system and has undergone the peer review process, but the author fails to revise the manuscript, does not complete the required revisions as specified by the reviewers, or refuses to make the requested revisions—resulting in the journal's inability to publish the manuscript—the author shall be responsible for a processing fee of 4,500 baht (four thousand five hundred baht).

Integrity & Ethics

1. The editorial team screens all submissions for plagiarism before making an official decision.

2. Should reviewers identify plagiarism during the peer-review process, the editor will contact the primary author directly for clarification.

3. Authors must submit only original work. We reject any manuscript that has appeared in other publications.
