About the Journal
Focus and Scope
The Leadership Educational Administration Development Journal (LEAD Journal RU) publishes high-quality research and academic articles focusing on educational administration, leadership, innovation, and management at all levels. We provide a standardized platform for scholars, faculty, and students to disseminate their work to the public for academic reference and advancement.
Peer Review Process
1. The editorial team notifies authors once their submissions meet the journal’s preliminary criteria.
2. Three specialist reviewers in relevant fields evaluate the quality of each manuscript.
3. A manuscript requires approval from at least two out of three reviewers to qualify for publication.
4. Authors submitting in English must provide a formal certificate of language editing from a recognized institution to proceed with the review process.
Integrity & Ethics
1. The editorial team screens all submissions for plagiarism before making an official decision.
2. Should reviewers identify plagiarism during the peer-review process, the editor will contact the primary author directly for clarification.
3. Authors must submit only original work. We reject any manuscript that has appeared in other publications.
