About the Journal
Focus and Scope
The LEAD journal aims to serve as a platform for disseminating high-quality research and academic work dedicated to educational administration and leadership, educational innovation, administration, development, and management of education at all levels produced by students, scholars, and faculty members from educational institutions at all levels to the public in the form of research articles and academic papers that meet established standards for educational study, citation, and scholarly inquiry.
Peer Review Process
1. The editorial board will inform the authors when the submitted manuscripts meet the journal's criteria.
2. Manuscripts will be accepted for publication after evaluation by "THREE" qualified experts in the relevant field. (All articles will be peer-reviewed (Peer Reviewer) by THREE expert reviewers from various institutions who specialize in the relevant field.)
3. At least two qualified experts in the relevant field must review and approve the quality of the manuscript.
4. English-language submissions must undergo language editing and certification by a certified language institution or agency, along with accompanying documentation, to proceed to the next stage of the manuscript review process.
