แนวทางการพัฒนาองค์กรแห่งความสุขของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษากรุงเทพมหานครเขต 2

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ความต้องการจำเป็นขององค์กรแห่งความสุขของสถานศึกษา และ 2) แนวทางการพัฒนาองค์กรแห่งความสุขของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษากรุงเทพมหานคร เขต 2 เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน โดยแบ่งเป็น 2 ระยะ คือ ระยะที่ 1 วิเคราะห์ความต้องการจำเป็นขององค์กรแห่งความสุขของสถานศึกษา โดยใช้การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ข้าราชการครู จำนวน 357 คน ซึ่งได้จากการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น และทำการสุ่มอย่างง่าย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงบรรยาย และดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็น ระยะที่ 2 หาแนวทางการพัฒนาองค์กรแห่งความสุขของสถานศึกษา ด้วยการสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้างโดยอิงประสบการณ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 7 คน และใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ความต้องการจำเป็นขององค์กรแห่งความสุขของสถานศึกษา ภาพรวมอยู่ระดับมาก ด้านที่มีความต้องการจำเป็นสูงสุดคือ ด้านสถานะทางการเงิน รองลงมา ได้แก่ ด้านสุขภาพ ด้านการผ่อนคลาย ด้านครอบครัว ด้านสังคม ด้านการหาความรู้ ด้านการมีน้ำใจงาม และด้านการมีคุณธรรม ตามลำดับ 2) แนวทางการพัฒนาองค์กรแห่งความสุขของสถานศึกษา ประกอบด้วย การพัฒนาความสุขด้านสุขภาพ การพัฒนาความสุขด้านสถานะทางการเงิน การพัฒนาความสุขด้านครอบครัว การพัฒนาความสุขด้านสังคม การพัฒนาความสุขด้านการผ่อนคลาย การพัฒนาความสุขด้านการมีน้ำใจงาม การพัฒนาความสุขด้านการมีคุณธรรม และการพัฒนาความสุขด้านการหาความรู้
