Satisfaction of citizens who use state welfare cards in Mueang District, Sakon Nakhon Province

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study the satisfaction of citizens who use state welfare cards in Mueang District. Sakon Nakhon Province. This study is quantitative research. The sample group included people with state welfare cards in Mueang Sakon Nakhon District, Sakon Nakhon Province, a total of 400 people, using convenience sampling. The tool used to collect data was a questionnaire and statistics used data analysis includes frequency distribution, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The research results found that: Satisfaction of citizens who use welfare cards in the Mueang District area, Sakon Nakhon Province. Overall, it is at a moderate level. Most were satisfied with the operation of the state welfare card policy that was consistent with the community context, and the Paotang application for making payments via smart phones. There is appropriate convenience.
