The objectives of this research were 1) to study the ethical standards of school administrators and 2) to compare the strategic leadership of basic education administrators under Under The Nong Khai Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 by positions, education level and work experience. The samples were 291 persons from the administration and teachers in schools under Under The Nong Khai Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 of the academic year 2024. The instruments using for this research were 5 rating scales questionnaires with the reliability of 0.94. The statistics used for data analysis were: frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and f-test (one-way ANOVA).
The results of the study were as follows:
1. For overall the ethical standards of school administrators under The Nong Khai Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 were in high level. Considering each individual aspect revealed that the highest mean was respect for human dignity. The lowest mean was making the right decisions and doing the right thing.
2. The comparative results of the opinions towards the ethical standards of school administrators under The Nong Khai Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 found that the administrators and teachers with different positions, education level and work experience had their no different opinions towards the ethical standards of school administrators.
