A Feasibility Study of Investing in the Electric Vehicle Maintenance Service Center Business in Mueang District, Nakhon Sawan Province

This research article aims to study the feasibility of investing in an electric vehicle maintenance service center business in Mueang District, Nakhon Sawan Province. The study analyzes the feasibility of the project in 5 key areas: legal and environmental, management, technical, marketing, and financial aspects. Data were collected through interviews, with the sample group consisting of 5 electric vehicle maintenance service center providers in Nakhon Sawan Province.
The research findings reveal that operating an electric vehicle maintenance center is feasible in all aspects of investment. In terms of legal and regulatory considerations, there are no significant obstacles to business operations. Furthermore, systematic management, appropriate marketing strategies, and the use of advanced technology enhance service efficiency and build market confidence. Moreover, the financial analysis further demonstrates that over a 10-year project period, the business achieves a payback period of 3 years and 5 months. The net present value (NPV) is positive at 10,848,165 THB, the internal rate of return (IRR) stands at 34.76%, and the benefit-cost ratio (B/C ratio) is 2.14, which exceeds 1. These metrics reflect the stability and profitability of the investment.
