It evaluates the suitability of these areas for industrial plant establishment through the application of Geographic Information System (GIS) technology and analyzes industrial expansion trends using the Growth Pole Theory as the conceptual framework. The research employs spatial and inductive analytical methods, utilizing secondary data obtained from government agencies across seven key datasets: administrative boundaries, population density, industrial clusters, transportation networks, electricity supply, number of factories, and labor force availability. The Weighted Overlay Analysis technique was employed to assess the development potential of each province. The findings indicate that Kanchanaburi possesses strong potential to serve as a logistics hub, Ratchaburi functions as a supporting area for industrial production, and Nakhon Pathom is suitable for final product manufacturing and regional warehousing. The observed industrial expansion in the study areas can be characterized by three key trends: the decentralization of SMEs to peripheral areas, the transformation of land use from agricultural to industrial or commercial purposes, and labor migration into high-potential zones.

This research offers valuable insights for policymakers, particularly in industrial land use planning and sustainable regional development in western Thailand. It underscores the pivotal role of logistics infrastructure as a catalyst for spatial transformation and economic growth within the context of cross-border economic integration.

Keywords : Logistics Industrial Expansion Growth Pole
2025-09-01T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2025 Journal of Innovative Interdisciplinary Sciencehttps://so15.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/jiis/article/view/1702Factors influencing consumers’ intention to use on-demand ride-hailing platforms following the COVID-19 pandemic2025-05-08T10:30:07+07:00Thadathibesra Phuthongthadathibesra@gmail.com
This research investigates factors influencing passengers' acceptance of last-mile electric ferry services following the COVID-19 pandemic by integrating the Health Belief Model and Technology Acceptance Model. Using quantitative methodology, data were collected from 136 respondents with experience using on-demand ride-hailing platforms through an online questionnaire. Multiple regression analysis revealed that perceived ease of use and usefulness significantly influenced the intention to use ride-hailing platforms. Perceived ease of use had both direct effects on usage intention and indirect impact through perceived usefulness. Cues to action and self-efficacy had indirect effects through perceived ease of use and usefulness. However, perceived susceptibility and severity of COVID-19 did not significantly influence platform usage intention. This research provides academic value by enhancing knowledge about technology acceptance in post-pandemic contexts and practical implications by suggesting that platform providers improve user interface simplicity, effectively communicate benefits, and stimulate word-of-mouth recommendations to increase consumer acceptance and usage intention.
2025-09-01T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2025 Journal of Innovative Interdisciplinary Sciencehttps://so15.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/jiis/article/view/2095Factors affecting the quality of working life, work environment and motivation of employees at the Government Housing Bank branches in shopping malls in Bangkok and its vicinity2025-08-03T13:52:17+07:00Natchaya Muangsrinatcha1350@hotmail.com
This independent study aimed to 1) study the quality of work life that affects the performance of the employees of the Government Housing Bank in department store branches in Bangkok and its vicinity; 2) study the work environment that affects the performance of the employees of the Government Housing Bank in department store branches in Bangkok and its vicinity; and 3) study the motivation that affects the performance of the employees of the Government Housing Bank in department store branches in Bangkok and its vicinity. The sample consisted of 298 employees of the Government Housing Bank in department store branches in Bangkok and its vicinity. The research instrument was a questionnaire. This study aims to investigate the factors that influence the motivation of military students at the Military Student Training Center, located in the 31 Military Circle of Nakhon Sawan Province, to engage in military duty.

This study employs a quantitative methodology. The study sample consists of 2,621 military students from the Military Student Training Center, 31 Military District, with a sample size of 349 individuals. Taro Yamane calculated the sample size with a 5% population margin of error and a 95% confidence level, using simple random sampling. The data collection instrument employed was a questionnaire, which underwent reliability testing yielding a value of 0.80. The study employs statistical measures such as percentages and averages. The study also utilizes standard deviation frequency values, Pearson correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression analysis.

The research indicated that the motivation level to enlist in the military among students at the Military Student Training Center, 31 Military District, Nakhon Sawan Province, is predominantly elevated. Mean = 4.05, Standard Deviation = 0.77 Researchers at the Military Student Training Center, 31 Military District, Nakhon Sawan Province, looked into what motivates students to join the military. They found that honor and respect (X1), life security (X2), welfare and pay (X3), and career advancement (X4) all have a statistically significant positive effect at the .05 level. The predictive equation for the variables influencing the motivation to enlist in the military among students at the Military Student Training Center (Y), expressed in both raw scores and standardized scores, is as follows:

Forecasting equation in raw score format: Y = -0.04 + 0.28(X1) + 0.12(X2) + 0.10(X3) + 0.47(X4)

The forecasting equation expressed in standard scores is Z = 0.39(Z1) + 0.23(Z2) + 0.49(Z3) + 0.60(Z4).
2025-09-01T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2025 Journal of Innovative Interdisciplinary Sciencehttps://so15.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/jiis/article/view/1580Problems threat and guidelines for parcel management of parcel operators of the Faculty of Management Sciences,Nakhon Sawan Rajabhat University2025-03-27T15:43:02+07:00จิราพร เชิญขวัญjiraporn.m@nsru.ac.th
This study aims to examine the current state and challenges of procurement operations at the Faculty of Management Sciences, Nakhon Sawan Rajabhat University, based on the procurement management framework under the Government Procurement and Supplies Administration Act B.E. 2560 (2017), as well as to explore strategies for improving the efficiency of procurement management. The sample for the study consists of 30 academic and support personnel, selected through cluster random sampling and purposive sampling. The research instrument used was a questionnaire, and the data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, including frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation.

The findings indicate that

Procurement management at the Faculty of Management Sciences aligns with the Government Procurement and Supplies Administration Act B.E. 2560 (2017). However, there are limitations affecting the operational efficiency, including budget allocation that does not effectively support changes, limitations on the number of contractors eligible to participate in the bidding process, and a moderate level of understanding of the procurement acceptance process among staff.

The technology systems used for procurement and supplies management need further development to enhance accuracy and transparency. Key strategies for improving procurement management include developing staff capabilities in relevant legal and technological aspects, incorporating digital systems such as real-time procurement tracking systems and procurement management software, establishing a clear procurement management plan, and upgrading storage areas with automation systems to improve efficiency and reduce errors.

In conclusion, while the procurement management at the Faculty of Management Sciences follows legal frameworks, there are certain limitations that need to be addressed. The integration of technology will improve efficiency and transparency, which is a crucial approach for developing a sustainable procurement system in the organization.
2025-09-01T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2025 Journal of Innovative Interdisciplinary Science
