Abstract

The purposes of this research are (1) to study the characteristics of professional administrators in the administration of educational institutions under the Prachinburi Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 2, (2) to study the teaching and learning management of small schools under the jurisdiction of the Prachinburi Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 2, and (3) to investigate the relationship between the characteristics of professional school administrators and teaching and learning arrangements in small schools under the jurisdiction of the Prachinburi Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 2. This research is a survey study. The sample group used this time included 144 teachers in a small school group under the Prachinburi Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 2, selected using the Krejcie and Morgan tables. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire with a 5-level rating scale. Statistics used for data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and the Pearson correlation coefficient. The results of the research indicate a relationship between the characteristics of professional school administrators and teaching management in small schools under the jurisdiction of the Prachinburi Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 2. It can be concluded that the characteristics of professional school administrators, both overall and in each aspect, are related to teaching management in small schools under the jurisdiction of the Prachinburi Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 2. This relationship is statistically significant at the 0.01 level with a positive correlation and is at a high level in every aspect.
