บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบทักษะมนุษยสัมพันธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร จำแนกตามระดับการศึกษา ตำแหน่ง และขนาดโรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัย คือ ครู สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร ปฏิบัติการสอนในปีการศึกษา 2566 กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างจากการเปิดตารางสำเร็จรูปของโคเฮน ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 370 ใช้วิธีการสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิ จากนั้นใช้วิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่ายตามขนาดของโรงเรียน โดยคำนวณตามสัดส่วนของประชากร เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูลเป็นมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องระหว่าง 0.80 – 1.00 มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.98 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว และการวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบรายคู่ด้วยวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ (Scheffe’s post hoc comparison) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ทักษะมนุษยสัมพันธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ครูที่มีระดับการศึกษาต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อทักษะมนุษยสัมพันธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ครูที่มีตำแหน่งต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อทักษะมนุษยสัมพันธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร ไม่แตกต่างกัน และครูที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงเรียนที่มีขนาดต่างกัน ความคิดเห็นต่อทักษะมนุษยสัมพันธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
