Abstract

This research aimed to study and compare educational administrators' conflict management according to teachers' perceptions in the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA). The categorized research sample consisted of 370 teachers in the BMA schools in the academic year 2023. The sample size was determined based on Cohen's tables. Multi-stage random sampling, stratified random sampling, and simple random sampling were employed. The instrument was a questionnaire with a consistency index of 0.60-1.00 and a reliability of 0.898. Mean, standard deviation, t-test, and One-way ANOVA analyzed the data. The findings were as follows: 1) the conflict management of educational administrators according to teachers' perceptions in the BMA, both overall and by item, is at a moderate level; and 2) there were no significant differences found among teachers in schools of different educational levels, academic ranks, and school sizes.
