Abstract

Management of educational institutions in the present era tends to have a leap forward in educational management development. According to the plans and policies of the 20-year national strategy (2018-2037), education management in the 21st century.The management goal is to become a country with high technology. Later, there was a critical situation of the epidemic. Coronavirus 2019: Education management has adapted to the new normal. The situation is constantly changing. There is educational vulnerability. There is high competition, complexity, ambiguity, and uncertainty. And there is a change, which is called VUCA World or the world of volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity. Learning management and the application of competency-based curricula in education are beginning to play a role in educational institutions today. Administrators must therefore manage education that is consistent with the changes that have occurred, such as academic preparation. Management within the educational institution and encourage teachers to be successful in every aspect Develop and expand Educational institution management system towards sustainability, therefore, educational leaders Educational institution administrators And teachers must be aware of the importance of changing the new normal. and increase the capacity of the organization and personnel to be ready to deal with the current conditions effectively
