บทคัดย่อ

การสนทนากลุ่ม (Focus Group Discussion: FGD) เป็นวิธีการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพที่มีศักยภาพสูงในการทำความเข้าใจพลวัตซับซ้อนทางการศึกษา จุดแข็งของการสนทนากลุ่มอยู่ที่การใช้พลวัตกลุ่ม (Group Dynamics) เพื่อสร้างการแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นและความหมายร่วมกัน ซึ่งให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับมุมมองร่วม และความเห็นที่สอดคล้องและแตกต่างกันภายในกลุ่ม อันเป็นมิติที่ต่างจากมุมมองเชิงลึกส่วนบุคคลที่ได้จากการสัมภาษณ์รายบุคคล บทความวิชาการนี้นำเสนอแนวทางการประยุกต์ใช้ การสนทนากลุ่มในงานวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพทางการศึกษา โดยสังเคราะห์จากตำราและงานวิจัยด้านระเบียบวิธี พร้อมตัวอย่างการประยุกต์ในงานวิจัยด้านการบริหารการศึกษาและภาวะผู้นำทางการศึกษา ครอบคลุมแนวคิดพื้นฐานและวัตถุประสงค์ คุณลักษณะสำคัญ ข้อดีและข้อจำกัด เครื่องมือ กระบวนการดำเนินงานทั้งสามระยะ (ก่อน ระหว่าง และหลังการสนทนา) เทคนิคการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงเนื้อหาและปฏิสัมพันธ์ และข้อพิจารณาทางจริยธรรม ผลการสังเคราะห์ได้กรอบแนวทางการดำเนินการสนทนากลุ่มที่เชื่อมหลักการกับการปฏิบัติในทุกระยะ และชี้ว่าคุณภาพของข้อมูลขึ้นอยู่กับปัจจัยสำคัญ 3 ประการ ได้แก่ การจัดการความสัมพันธ์เชิงอำนาจในสถานศึกษา การคัดเลือกกลุ่มเป้าหมายที่มีความเป็นเอกพันธ์ และสมรรถนะของผู้ดำเนินการสนทนา บทความนี้จึงเสนอเป็นกรอบแนวทางเชิงวิชาการและเชิงปฏิบัติสำหรับนักวิจัย เพื่อให้การเก็บข้อมูลมีความรัดกุม น่าเชื่อถือ และทรงคุณค่าต่อการพัฒนาการศึกษาอย่างยั่งยืน
