บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) การบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์และภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษา และ 2) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์กับภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาในพื้นที่เขตเศรษฐกิจพิเศษจังหวัดตาก กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ครูในสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาในพื้นที่เขตเศรษฐกิจพิเศษจังหวัดตาก ปีการศึกษา 2567 จำนวน 144 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม แบ่งออกเป็น 2 ตอน คือ ตอนที่ 1 แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับการบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษา มีความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถาม เท่ากับ 0.85 และตอนที่ 2 แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษา มีความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถาม เท่ากับ 0.88 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าเฉลี่ยส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) การบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษา และภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษา ในภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก และ 2) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์กับภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาในพื้นที่เขตเศรษฐกิจพิเศษจังหวัดตาก มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับสูง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
