Enhancing the Potential of Modern Teachers towards Harmonious Work Integration in Educational Institutions

Abstract
This article focuses on enhancing the capabilities of modern teachers to adapt and develop essential skills for managing learning in the context of rapidly changing education. Teachers in the digital age face unprecedented challenges such as technological advancements, learner diversity, and the need for integrated collaboration with educational institution personnel. The article presents approaches for developing specific skills, including technology use, critical thinking development, and teamwork, through training, establishing Professional Learning Communities (PLCs), and mentoring and coaching systems. It also covers the integration of work in educational institutions, where communication and collaboration among teachers, administrators, and staff are crucial. The use of management tools such as the PDCA cycle and Agile Management are identified as key factors in fostering organizational flexibility and efficiency. The article aims to propose methods for teachers to continuously develop their skills, leading to improved educational quality through harmonious work integration. Key recommendations include developing teacher training systems that emphasize practical application, creating a collaborative work culture, and promoting knowledge exchange between teachers and staff in educational institutions to ensure sustainability in learning management.
