ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำกับคุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานของพนักงานองค์กรธุรกิจค้าปลีกสมัยใหม่ เขตธนบุรี กรุงเทพมหานคร

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับคุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานของพนักงาน และ 2) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำกับคุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานของพนักงานในองค์กรธุรกิจค้าปลีกสมัยใหม่ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ พนักงานที่ปฏิบัติงานอยู่ในองค์กรธุรกิจค้าปลีกสมัยใหม่ ประเภทห้างสรรพสินค้า ในเขตธนบุรี กรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 202 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามในการเก็บข้อมูล สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าความสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน พบว่า 1) พนักงานมีความพึงพอใจคุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานอยู่ในระดับมาก ได้แก่ ลักษณะงานมีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องและสัมพันธ์กับสังคมโดยตรง ความสมดุลระหว่างชีวิตกับการทำงาน โดยส่วนรวม ลักษณะงานที่ตั้งอยู่บนฐานของกฎหมายหรือกระบวนการยุติธรรม ลักษณะงานมีส่วนส่งเสริมด้านบูรณาการทางสังคมของผู้ปฏิบัติงาน สิ่งแวดล้อมที่ถูกลักษณะและปลอดภัย ค่าตอบแทนที่เป็นธรรมและเพียงพอเปิดโอกาสให้ผู้ปฏิบัติงานได้พัฒนาความรู้ความสามารถได้เป็นอย่างดี ลักษณะงานที่ส่งเสริมความเจริญเติบโตและความมั่นคงให้แก่ผู้ปฏิบัติงาน และ 2) ภาวะผู้นำในองค์การ ได้แก่ ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลง ภาวะผู้นำการแลกเปลี่ยน และภาวะผู้นำที่สร้างแรงบันดาลใจ มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับคุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานของพนักงานในองค์กรธุรกิจค้าปลีกสมัยใหม่ โดยความสัมพันธ์มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 ทุกด้าน
