งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ (1) เพื่อศึกษาการจัดการความรู้ที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงาน ของพนักงานองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น อำเภอบ้านนา จังหวัดนครนายก (2) เพื่อศึกษาองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงาน ของพนักงานองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น อำเภอบ้านนา จังหวัดนครนายก เป็นงานวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากพนักงานองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น อำเภอบ้านนา จังหวัดนครนายก จำนวน 166 ตัวอย่าง โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และใช้สถิติการวิเคราะห์ความถดถอยแบบพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยการจัดการความรู้ ประกอบด้วย ด้านการสร้างความรู้ ด้านการจัดเก็บความรู้ ด้านการเผยแพร่ความรู้ และด้านการประยุกต์ใช้ความรู้ ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงาน ของพนักงานองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น อำเภอบ้านนา จังหวัดนครนายก และปัจจัยองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ ประกอบด้วยด้าน ด้านบุคคลที่รอบรู้ ด้านรูปแบบความคิด ด้านการมีวิสัยทัศน์ร่วม ด้านการเรียนรู้เป็นทีม และด้านการคิดเชิงระบบ ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงาน ของพนักงานองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น อำเภอบ้านนา จังหวัดนครนายก
