Abstract

The purposes of this research are: (1) to study knowledge management factors that affect work performance of employees in local administrative organizations in Ban Na District, Nakhon Nayok Province, and (2) to study learning organization factors that affect work performance of employees in local administrative organizations in Ban Na District, Nakhon Nayok Province. This is a quantitative research study that uses questionnaires to collect data from 166 employees in the local administrative organizations of Ban Na District, Nakhon Nayok Province, selected through stratified random sampling. The instrument used for data collection is a questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis include frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis. The research results revealed that knowledge management factors, which include knowledge creation, knowledge storage, knowledge dissemination, and knowledge application, influence the work performance of employees in the local administrative organizations of Ban Na District, Nakhon Nayok Province. Additionally, the learning organization factors, which include personal mastery, mental models, shared vision, team learning, and systems thinking, also influence the work performance of employees in the local administrative organizations of Ban Na District, Nakhon Nayok Province.
