The objectives of this research are 1) to study the design and development of an integrated training system. to strengthen leadership skills in educational administration and leadership principles in the relationship of the educational institution with the community. Ratchaburi Province For education, graduate students in the Educational Administration Leadership Program. There are research tools, including questionnaires, interviews, and evaluation forms. A sample group, or target group, is a graduate study program in leadership in educational administration. Private universities in the Bangkok area There were a total of 1,152 people. The sample was drawn by purposive random sampling. Sampling) of 100 people, then the data collected from the questionnaire was analyzed using descriptive statistics consisting of percentage, mean, and standard deviation.
