Guidelines for developing administrative systems to increase organizational efficiency: A case study of the Faculty of Political Science and Public Administration, Maha Sarakham Rajabhat University

Abstract

      The purposes of this research article are to: 1) study the problems in developing the
potential of support personnel of Maha Sarakham Rajabhat University 2) Study the needs for
developing administrative work in order to develop an administrative work system that is
effective in working at faculty of Political Science and Public Administration Maha Sarakham
Rajabhat University. The sample group includes personnel and students of the Faculty of
Political Science and Public Administration. At Maha Sarakham Rajabhat University, totaling
294 people, the researcher found important results as follows: 1) problems in developing
administrative work systems. Overall, it is at a moderate level. Arrange the average values
from highest to lowest, including educational and work visits. Academic promotion Continuing
education Orientation and training, respectively. 2) The need to develop administrative work
potential. Arranged in order of needs from highest to lowest, namely administrative
management, followed by service, document system and administrative work planning,
respectively, and 4) Guidelines for developing the potential of support personnel, including
training, should be organized. Seminars to provide continuous knowledge, develop a
curriculum to clearly match the operations in each section, and develop modern training
courses Support personnel who want to learn To increase skills and expertise in work, you
should have a work plan. There is regular performance evaluation. Work should be followed
up in an orderly manner. There is motivation to work. by giving compliments or giving rewards
to personnel who do good work.
