การเปลี่ยนแปลงกระบวนทัศน์ทางรัฐประศาสนศาสตร์ในยุคดิจิทัล มุ่งเน้นการสำรวจผลกระทบของเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลต่อการดำเนินงานและการให้บริการของหน่วยงานรัฐ การวิจัยพบว่าการนำระบบดิจิทัลมาใช้ในการบริหารจัดการสามารถเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและความโปร่งใสในการให้บริการแก่ประชาชนได้ นอกจากนี้ การพัฒนาแพลตฟอร์มออนไลน์ยังช่วยให้ประชาชนสามารถเข้าถึงข้อมูลและบริการของรัฐได้อย่างรวดเร็วและสะดวกยิ่งขึ้น บทความยังชี้ให้เห็นถึงความท้าทายที่เกิดจากการเปลี่ยนแปลงนี้ เช่น ความจำเป็นในการพัฒนาทักษะดิจิทัลของเจ้าหน้าที่รัฐ และการปรับตัวของโครงสร้างองค์กร เพื่อรองรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่เกิดขึ้น สุดท้ายนี้ บทความเสนอแนวทางในการพัฒนานโยบายสาธารณะที่มีความเหมาะสมและยั่งยืน เพื่อให้การบริหารภาครัฐสามารถตอบสนองต่อความต้องการของประชาชนในยุคดิจิทัลได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
