The paradigm shift in public administration in the digital age focuses on digital technology's impact on government agencies' operations and services. The research reveals that implementing digital systems in management can significantly enhance efficiency and transparency in providing services to the public. Additionally, the development of online platforms facilitates faster and more convenient access to government information and services for citizens. The article also highlights challenges arising from this transformation, such as the need to develop digital skills among government personnel and adapt organizational structures to accommodate these changes. Finally, the article proposes strategies for developing appropriate and sustainable public policies to ensure that public administration can effectively meet the needs of citizens in the digital era.
