A COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF FACTORS INFLUENCING THE USE OF THAILAND POST SERVICES AMONG GENERATIONS X, Y, AND Z IN PATHUM THANI PROVINCE

Abstract

This research is intended to study the comparison of factors affecting the selection of transportation services. Thai Postal Company: Case Study GEN X,Y and Z in Pathum Thani Province By studying demographic factors and logistical activity factors 1) transportation duration 2) customer service 3) product safety and 4) providing service tracking information This research is a quantitative research. By using a sample of 400 people, namely users Services of the Thai Postal Company GEN X,Y and Z in Pathum Thani Province. By analyzing data using computer programs, the statistics used in data analysis include mean, percentage, standard deviation, one-way variance analysis (One-Way ANOVA) or F-test and analysis of multiple regression equations (Multiple Region).

               The results show that 188 female samples were female, 47% were in the age range between 26-44 years, 233 people accounted for 58.2 percent and employed 190 company employees, representing 47.5 percent. Logistics activity factors affecting the selection of transportation services for GEN Thai Postal Company X,Y and Z in Pathum Thani Province Statistical significance at the level of .05 is 3 items to 1) in terms of transportation. Affecting the choice of services GEN X has a Sig value. Equal to .040 2) Product safety Affects the choice of service GEN Y has a Sig value. Equal to .010 and 3) Providing service tracking information affects the choice of services GEN Z has a Sig value. Equal to .001 by customer service factors Does not affect the choice of service to both GEN X, Y and Z
