Abstract

We have seen that the problem of overflowing garbage in the city is caused by all of us who still lack the understanding of how to separate garbage before throwing it away, which has both direct and indirect impacts on the environment and other living things that live with us. Today, the problem of overflowing garbage in the city is not only in communities or large cities. There is also a lot of garbage in rivers and the sea, and it will cause long-term negative effects on the environment and ecosystem in the future. Let's be a part of reducing the amount of garbage by ourselves by separating the types of garbage before throwing it away every time. This will make it easier to separate garbage before disposing of it or using it further. From studying innovative forms of garbage management in various forms by applying principles and methods, cooperation or participation cannot be lacking.

Because the benefits of waste separation are many, both health-wise, it can reduce the risk of hazardous substances or microplastics from plastic or cleaning products, financially, from separating recycled waste and selling it to a purchasing source, it can generate income, and environmentally, it can help reduce the risk of hazardous toxins contaminating water sources and the environment.
