Publication Ethics

Duties of Authors

1. The submitted research and academic works must be new and never published anywhere before, must be true information, and the authors whose names are in the articles must have participated in the research and must not copy the work of others. If the authors violate the regulations, they will be disqualified from publishing in the journal.
2. The research article must be written in accordance with the format specified in the "Guidelines for Preparing a Manuscript for Publication".
3. All authors whose names are in the articles must have participated in the research and must cite the work of others if such work is used in their own work, including creating a list of references at the end of the article.

Duties of Editors

1. The editor must consider the quality of every research article and academic article equally.
2. The quality of the article is the main consideration for publication in the journal for which they are responsible.
3. The authors must not disclose information about the authors and must not have conflicts of interest with the article.
4. The editor selects qualified persons who match the fields in which the authors submit their articles, who have expertise and expertise. Consider the quality of the article as the main criterion. Do not use personal opinions as a criterion for judging the article. The article should be considered without the knowledge of each other and without any conflict of interest with the article.
5. If it is found that there is plagiarism in the article evaluation process, the editor must stop the evaluation process and immediately contact the main author to ask for clarification to "accept" or "reject" the publication of the article.

Roles and duties of article reviewers (Duties of Reviewers)

1. Article reviewers must maintain confidentiality and not disclose some or all information of the research article or academic article submitted to other unrelated persons.
2. In considering the article, the importance of the content, quality of analysis, and the intensity of the article should not be used as a criterion for judging the article.
3. If the article reviewer finds that any part of the article being evaluated is similar or overlaps with other works, the article reviewer must inform the editor.
