The Influence of Green Logistics Strategies on Environmental Performance of Pallet Rental Business

Abstract

This research aimed to 1) examine the levels of green logistics strategies and environmental performance, and (2) investigate the influence of green logistics strategies on the environmental performance of pallet rental businesses. Data was collected through a structured questionnaire from 285 respondents. The data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis. The findings revealed that both green logistics strategies and environmental performance were at a high level. Green logistics strategies explained 74.7% of the variance in environmental performance. Among the dimensions examined, environmental collaboration exerted the greatest influence on environmental performance, followed by green transportation, reverse logistics and recycling, and resource and human resource management, respectively. These findings indicate that the comprehensive integration of green logistics strategies throughout logistics operations plays a significant role in enhancing environmental performance, promoting efficient resource utilization, supporting sustainable organizational development, and strengthening the long-term competitiveness of pallet rental businesses.
