Abstract

This research aims to study the potential development model of restaurant executive for enhance competitiveness in digital era. Develop a potential for restaurant executive to enhance competitiveness in the digital age. Create a guideline for developing the potential for restaurant executive to enhance competitiveness in the digital age. The research is a mixed-method study combining qualitative and quantitative approaches. The informant 4 groups are 1) 10 experts interviewed in-depth, 2) The sample group for responding to a survey as a registered corporate executive of a restaurant business with the department of business development, Ministry of commerce, with registered capital of at least 1,000,000 baht, totaling 408 individuals, 3) 14 qualified individuals participating in focus group discussion, and 4) 5 experts involved in guideline evaluation. Research tools were including in-depth interviews, surveys, guideline evaluations, and statistical analysis techniques such as content analysis, frequency percentages, averages, standard deviations, and factor analysis. The research findings indicate that the potential development model of restaurant executive for enhance competitiveness in the digital age consists of 2 dimensions, 7 main components, and 22 sub-components. The Executive dimensions include leadership qualities involving knowledge and abilities, effective leadership, and interpersonal relationships within the organization. The Management dimensions include aspects like business organization and identity creation, human resource management for improved competitiveness, financial management, and success management.
