The purpose of this study is to investigate the issues and underlying reasons related to the company inventory management system. The study also aims to enhance the efficiency of the raw material order management process. This qualitative study involves gathering data from various sources, including the problems that arise, conducting interviews, and analyzing data to find solutions. After conducting the study, it was revealed that the order process problem was due to the technician's experience-based calculations, which are not verified before placing an order. The inventory management issue arose during the raw material receiving and storage process in the warehouse, where the equipment was not counted accurately. Additionally, there is a lack of proper documentation and arrangement of raw materials according to their appropriate use, leading to time wastage during counting when a new order is placed. This, in turn, increases the waiting time for raw materials, causing delays in the overall process. To address these issues, the study concludes that the application of computational programs can significantly improve the ordering process. The researcher has provided insights on how to use such programs in the organization and has measured the results of inventory management by comparing the duration of work using the theory of standard time determination. The comparison showed a decrease of 36.43% in the standard average working time, indicating increased efficiency in operations after the improvements were implemented.
