Abstract

Human resource specialists (HR) have roles and responsibilities related to managing people in the organization in order to work effectively to achieve the organization's goals. By planning the recruitment and placement of people with knowledge, abilities, and characteristics suitable for the job and expecting that the person selected and placed in the job will be able to work as assigned and be happy. work Able to work with other employees in the organization and be accepted by coworkers. Human resources professionals often expect that many people with diverse backgrounds who enter an organization will work together to work together smoothly. In fact, it will be found that When a large group of people live together, the problems encountered are problems that occur in organizations at all levels. both between people and organizations People with work and people with people Human resource developers can effectively solve challenging problems through research.
