Abstract

The objectives of this study are to 1) motivation of the employees, 2) study the employees and 3) study the work motivation that effect on the employee performance of Forth Smart Service Public Co.,Ltd. The data was collected from 94 employees in Head Office group. The statistical analysis applied in this study included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and Regression Analysis. The result of this study revealed that employees have an overall opinion of work motivation at medium level. The overall opinions of the employees on their work performance is at a high level. The regression analysis was finding the work motivation as aspect as the organizational growth effect on the overall employee performance.
