Abstract

The research aimed to analyze the soft skill composition necessary to leverage the work performance of production staff in a cement manufacturing industry in Saraburi Province using a survey method. The questionnaire was used and was assessed by 3 experts. The sample group used in the research was 157 employees involved in the production department, using quota and proportional sampling. Data were analyzed in percentage, mean, and exploratory factor analysis with the Varimax method. The result revealed that the soft skill composition necessary to leverage the work performance of production staff in a cement manufacturing industry in Saraburi province is composed of 5 components: Component 1 Self-Development (Eigenvalues = 20.478), Component 2 Planning (Eigenvalues = 1.695), Component 3 Teamwork (Eigenvalues = 1.426), Component 4 Leadership (Eigenvalues = 1.181), and Component 5 Building Relationships and Mutual Trust (Eigenvalues = 1.047).
