Motivation Factor Related to Employee Engagement. A Case Study of Employees of Pomodoro Group Company Limited

The purpose of this study was to study 1) employee motivation for working with the organization, 2) the level of employee engagement and 3) the relationship of motivation for working with the organizations and the level of employee engagement. The population used in this study were 44 employees of Pomodoro Group Co., Ltd. who are Thai nationals. The tools used in the study were divided into 2 types are a Questionnaire and In-depth interview questions. The collection of data and statistics used for data analysis are One-way analysis of variance: ANOVA (F-test) including percentage, frequency distribution and the standard deviation. The result all this study reveled that the Motivation factor was related to employee engagement as a whole. at a high level with an average of 3.92 when considering each item, can be ordered in descending order that The stability of the position/job duties were at the highest level. The average is 4.30. And the results of the in-depth interview about the motivation factors related to employee engagement are as follows: 1) Overall employees' opinions about working at the company were positive. There are important issues that most employees comment on. good colleague help each other and good environment. 2) Most employees have the opinion that The welfare/remuneration received from the company is appropriate/good. Agreed 86.36 percent and 3) the opinions of employees about the care of the company found that All employees agree that there is no pressure. and received a friendliness from the company There are important issues that most employees comment on. No pressure, easy to talk to and friendly.
